Orders are reviewed before dispatch to confirm item availability, address details, and packaging requirements. Processing may be affected by product availability, unusually high order volume, address verification, carrier conditions, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Delivery Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, access instructions, and other details needed by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional handling caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier updates may take time to appear after dispatch, and tracking scans may occasionally be delayed or omitted while a package is moving through the network.
Separate Packages
An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Each package may receive different tracking information.
Delivery Issues
A package marked as delivered should first be checked around the property, with household members, building staff, neighbors, mailrooms, and other secure delivery locations.
If the package remains missing, contact the carrier and then email our support team. We will review available tracking information and assist where reasonably possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully enter the destination country. Customs reviews, import rules, local charges, and carrier procedures are controlled by local authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Meravinoe™.
